And as Spring begins – hatchlings
Yesterday was such a beautiful sunny, warm day for Spring to begin. And, as the green shoots begin to appear, buds unfurl, also hatchlings arrive. The offspring of these two perhaps. All peeping, fluffy and wobbly on their legs, huddling together for reassurance.

oh, so cute Jennifer.
Such a glorious time of year, lambs in the fields, frogspawn, greening hedgerows, calling curlews and the flight displays of lapwing. Thanks Ellen
They look fabulous in their new home. Currently sheltering amongst the fritillaries.
Lucky little chicks! Thankyou. So pleased they’re now with you and were conveyed safe and sound
