Lizard

Polyphant (Cornish Soapstone) – 8″ x 5 1/2 ” x 2 1/2″

In portraying a lizard I wanted to show its muscular, flexible limbs and sinuous agility, but also its smooth skin and soft body.  Lizards see in colour, so this one will know why I chose to carve this piece of stone for its markings.
