This closer view of the Upland Otter sculpture shows the beautiful sleekness achieved in the fine textured Yorkstone.

The feel here is that the Otter is peeping through the planting, almost hiding –  sometimes this way of ‘discovering’ a sculpture in the garden is enchanting, and a very pleasing way of displaying a piece. The element of surprise in coming across it feels like finding treasure.
